Cancellations
We kindly ask that at least 24 hours notice be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We understand that sometimes emergencies happen or adverse weather etc so if you can confirm the cancellation asap we would appreciate as these appointments are reserved for you.
In the event that I am unwell or an emergency has occured I will also contact you asap and rebook another appointment for you.
Safety
The Daisy Room is a professional massage therapy room and are fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist. If at any time any inappropriate sexual suggestion we will end the treatment and will not re book you again.
If you under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol we will not proceed with any treatments.
The Daisy Room has the right to terminate treatment or refuse to carry treatment out at any time.
Offers
The Daisy Room has the right to withdraw any offer without notice.
Vouchers expire on the date shown.
Offers are only as stated; not transferable.
Health Matters
Clients must complete the Consultation Form in order to have their treatment. Please inform us of any existing health conditions or allergies and medications taken, or if you are pregnant before any treatment as some treatments may be unsuitable.
You must tell us if there are any changes to your health from the first consultation form being completed.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment under these conditions.
Results may vary, especially if aftercare instructions are not adhered to.
